Tier queries
1) What are Blue, Silver, Gold & Platinum tiers?
These are the levels of membership within the SmartFleet programme and in ascending hierarchy ranks - Blue, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The higher your tier, the more are your benefits and privileges.
2) When can I gain entry into the above tiers?
Once you enrol, you are automatically enrolled into the Blue tier. You would get upgraded to the Silver tier if you have completed a sale through the SmartFleet programme of Rs. 4.5 lakh in a calendar quarter. To attain Gold, you would need to have completed a sale through the SmartFleet programme of Rs. 15 lakh in a calendar quarter. To attain Platinum, you would need to have completed a sale through the SmartFleet programme of Rs. 37.5 lakh in a calendar quarter.
3) How long will I remain in the same tier?
Tier levels are valid for a period of two calendar quarters.
4) What do I do to retain my Silver / Gold / Platinum tier?
You would need to have completed a sale through the SmartFleet programme of:
  • Either Rs. 4.5 lakh in a calendar quarter or Rs. 9 lakh in two consecutive calendar quarters to retain the Silver status.
  • Either Rs. 15 lakh in a calendar quarter or Rs. 30 lakh in two consecutive calendar quarters to retain the Gold status
  • Either Rs. 37.5 lakh in a calendar quarter or Rs. 75 lakh in two consecutive calendar quarters to retain the Platinum status
5) What if I do not complete the above criteria?
If you do not complete the criteria to retain your Silver, Gold or Platinum status, you would then be re-categorized to the relevant lower tier.
6) What tier benefits do I get for being in the Blue tier?
The benefits in Blue tier include:
  • Web access
  • SMS Alerts for a fee
  • A half yearly printed MIS report
  • CMS transaction for a fee
  • Redemption of Petromiles for fuel can be done once in a calendar year, if your Petromiles are greater than 9,00,000
7) What tier benefits do I get for being in the Silver tier?
Silver tier benefits are:
  • Web access
  • Free SMS Alerts
  • A Quarterly printed MIS report
  • All CMS transaction fees would be free of cost
  • Redemption of Petromiles for fuel can be done once in a calendar year, if your Petromiles are greater than 9,00,000
8) What tier benefits do I get for being in the Gold tier?
A Gold tier membership includes benefits such as:
  • Web access
  • Free SMS Alerts
  • A Monthly printed MIS report
  • All CMS transaction fees would be free of cost
  • A 50% bonus on all fuel Petromiles that you earn
  • Redemption of Petromiles for fuel can be done once in a calendar quarter
9) What tier benefits do I get for being in the Platinum tier?
Platinum tier benefits are:
  • Web access
  • Free SMS Alerts
  • A Monthly printed MIS report
  • All CMS transaction fees would be free of cost
  • A 100% bonus on all fuel Petromiles that you earn
  • Redemption of Petromiles for fuel on demand
  • All replacement or new cards would be free of cost
  • Invitations to exclusive events in major cities
